Our pre-booked service provides our customers with a fixed price that is usually a discounted price.
Unlike others we do not Surge Price, our pricing is consistent.
In our Taxi service our drivers will always run the meter, however our passengers are guaranteed a Maximum Fare even if the meter runs higher than this Maximum Fare.
If the meter price is less than our Maximum Fare than the customer will always pay the lower amount.
In our Limousine service our customers will always be advised of the total charge, these vehicles do not have a meter.

Alternatively, all our vehicles have an EFTPOS system in the car that provides for credit and debit card payments.

When you book a transfer to and from our airports we at BWTM will guarantee our service to you. If we do not deliver on our promise than we will reimburse you for the transfer to or from the airport.
