How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made from a variety of methods:

- Book direct via the call centre (Phone 133 222)

What is the fixed price option?
Our pre-booked service provides our customers with a fixed price that is usually a discounted price.
Unlike others we do not Surge Price, our pricing is consistent.
In our Taxi service our drivers will always run the meter, however our passengers are guaranteed a Maximum Fare even if the meter runs higher than this Maximum Fare.
If the meter price is less than our Maximum Fare than the customer will always pay the lower amount.
In our Limousine service our customers will always be advised of the total charge, these vehicles do not have a meter.
What are the available payment options?
The BWTM fleet provides the most flexible options of payments.
Customers can pre-book and pay via our system eliminating any payment issues with their journey.
Alternatively, all our vehicles have an EFTPOS system in the car that provides for credit and debit card payments.

The Black & White Cabs app securely stores your credit card details and provides for hassle free payment.
Once the journey has been completed, you will be automatically emailed a receipt.
